All domestic orders are sent via Standard or Express post from Sydney Australia via Australia Post. 

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible however please allow up to five business days between the date of purchase and the shipping. Any online orders containing pre-order or made to order styles will be processed and dispatched in full without split shipments. Once pre-order styles become available, order fulfilment will commence.

Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Complimentary Australia wide shipping is available for orders over $350aud*

INTERNATIONAL

Standard international shipping is available via Australia Post, and Express international shipping is available through DHL Express.

The shipping rate is calculated at checkout depending on your destination and the total weight of your order.

International orders may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. All duties, fees and chargers are at the responsibility of the recipient and Kemma is not responsible for any of these additional fees. Kemma is under no responsibility to accept a return, nor issue a refund, where the customer has declined to pay these fees. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to Kemma, the customer forfeits the original shipping costs. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Returns Since Kemma items are handcrafted and limited edition, returns for change of mind are not accepted.

Whilst we do all we can to ensure your items are packaged carefully, we understand that accidents happen during the shipping process. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or broken, please promptly email hello@kemma.com.au with images of the damage.

Due to their handmade nature, variations in colours, shapes and sizes are to be expected from piece to piece. These are not considered flaws as they are add to the uniqueness and character of each item.

Kemma ceramics are individually handmade and hand painted. We do not use molds or templates to create each product, as embracing imperfections are central to the Kemma ceramics philosophy.
