Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Domestic – All domestic orders are sent from Sydney Australia with Australia Post. This usually takes 1-5 business days from the date of shipping.
 
We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible however please allow up to seven business days between the date of purchase and the shipping.
Any online orders containing pre-order or made to order styles will be processed and dispatched in full without split shipments. Once pre-order styles become available, order fulfilment will commence.

International – International shipping is available. The rate is calculated depending on your destination and the weight of your order.

International orders may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Kemma cannot be held responsible for any of these fees incurred, therefore the recipient is liable. Please contact your local custom’s offices if you require more information regarding duties and taxes. Kemma is under no responsibility to accept a return, nor issue a refund, where the customer has declined to pay these fees.
 
Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to Kemma, the customer forfeits the original shipping costs.
 

RETURNS 

Since Kemma items are handcrafted and limited edition, returns for change of mind are not accepted.
 
Whilst we do all we can to ensure your items are packaged carefully, we understand that accidents happen during the shipping process. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or broken, please promptly email hello@kemma.com.au with images of the damage. Any request requires a receipt or proof of purchase. All item(s) must remain in original unused condition.


LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
Kemma is not liable for lost or stolen items. Please contact the shipping courier (Australia Post) directly who are responsible for delivery. Have your tracking details ready so they can provide you with the most up to date information.

In the event of a redirection back to the sender due to failed delivery at no fault of the sender, any additional shipping costs and import fees required for the return to sender will be charged to the receiver. Any refunds issued in association with such redirections will be made less any freight on export, freight on re-import, customs taxes, duties, fees and charges. Any re-shipment of returned orders will incur an additional shipping cost.
